Inspection Services

A home inspection report helping ensure the home is safe and sound for the owners.

Residential Home Inspections

Our thorough home inspection reports cover every aspect of the property, from the foundation to the roof and everything in between. The purpose of a home inspection is to uncover any conditions needing repair or replacement to ensure that you, the potential home buyer or current homeowner, are better able to protect one of life's most valuable investments.

Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO) Inspection

A Wood Destroying Organism is any organism, such as Termites or Carpenter Ants, that infest wooden structures causing damage. A WDO Inspection looks for active signs of an infestation or conditions that could lead to an infestation of your home.

Radon Testing

Radon is a radioactive gas which is the second leading cause of Lung Cancer in the United States. Radon Gas naturally releases from the soil and concentrates in enclosed spaces such as a home. Radon is invisible and odorless, so testing is the only way to know if your home has it.

Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging uses a special infrared camera which allows one to “see” temperature differences in surfaces, revealing hidden issues like moisture, insulation gaps, and electrical hotspots. It’s a quick, non-invasive way to spot problems that the eye can’t see.
